Student Resources: Member Mandala and Fully Being

As the great masters often said, studying the Dharma without applying it is like holding a treasure in one’s hand yet dying of poverty. Tsoknyi Rinpoche’s teachings remind us that real benefit arises when understanding is directly applied to our experience, so that transformation develops naturally from within.

To help nurture that process, Pundarika Foundation offers two key student resources: the Member Mandala, which provides access to Rinpoche’s extensive library of recorded teachings while supporting his ongoing teaching and humanitarian activities; and Fully Being, an online meditation course that offers structured guidance for developing a grounded body, warm heart, and clear mind.

Member Mandala

The Member Mandala offers a way for students to stay connected with Rinpoche’s teachings while supporting the work that makes them possible. Membership provides access to the Teaching Library; an extensive digital library of video and audio recordings from retreats, public talks, and guided meditations spanning more than two decades of Rinpoche’s teaching activity. For many students, these archives serve as an ongoing source of inspiration — a way to revisit essential instructions and deepen understanding over time.

But membership is also a form of participation. As Rinpoche has said, joining the mandala means actively helping to “turn the wheel of Dharma.” Contributions directly sustain the teaching and humanitarian activities of Tsoknyi Rinpoche, from maintaining retreat land and online resources to supporting our monastic sangha and educational initiatives in Nepal.

In this way, the Member Mandala functions as both a resource and a practice, uniting study with generosity, and linking each individual’s learning to the wider field of benefit that Rinpoche’s vision encompasses.

Recent updates to the Teaching Library include Rinpoche’s 2025 retreats from Crestone, Garrison, and Germany. These new recordings continue to expand the library, offering students fresh opportunities to study and reflect on Rinpoche’s most recent teachings.

Discover Fully Being

Fully Being is Tsoknyi Rinpoche’s comprehensive online meditation course, developed to help students bring the essence of his teachings on “grounded body, warm heart, and clear mind” into daily practice. Rooted in decades of transmission and practical guidance, the program is organized into progressive levels and supported by carefully curated video teachings, guided practices, and study materials. It encourages a steady rhythm of learning while allowing students to engage at their own pace.

While Fully Being can serve as a stand-alone path of inner development, it also complements Rinpoche’s broader teaching activity. It offers students a way to stay connected between retreats and to bring what they’ve learned into daily life — a bridge between formal instruction and the lived experience of Dharma.

To support continued learning, Fully Being hosts regular live Q&A sessions, offering a chance for students to ask questions, receive guidance, and stay connected in practice. Upcoming sessions can be found on the Fully Being webinars page

The Member Mandala and Fully Being were created to support the quiet, personal work of returning to the Dharma again and again, allowing it to shape how we meet ourselves and the world. Our wish is that these offerings serve those who have been entrusted with Rinpoche’s guidance, providing steady reminders, renewed understanding, and a sense of continuity in practice.

Pundarika Foundation is committed to keeping these resources accessible to all students. If financial constraints make participation in either offering difficult, we welcome you to reach out for support at info@pundarika.org
