EVENT DESCRIPTION
The Dance of the Two Truths
An online event in the Deepening Q&A format
Dates: January 22–26, 2026
Format: Online (Zoom)
Known for his warmth, humor, and the care he brings to his students’ questions, Rinpoche will offer teachings in the Deepening our Meditation Q&A format, a setting that often evokes his most spontaneous and engaging exchanges.
This event is the first in a series of online teachings focusing on Tsoknyi Rinpoche’s unique framework of Healing and Liberation, the two principal aspects of his approach.
The healing path involves transforming distorted unhealthy subtle body and mental patterns into a healthy relative subtle body and mind. These principles and practices aim to foster, nurture and sustain a healthy human being and is a worthy goal in and of itself. For Tsoknyi Rinpoche, healing leads to groundedness, essence love and clarity. This can be cultivated through the series of practices in the Fully Being path.
The path of liberation takes that platform as its basis, and moves beyond just a healthy human being to liberation from the larger samsaric cycle of confusion and suffering. The path of liberation involves discovering and training in the nature of mind, and is connected to the ground, path and fruition of Dzogpachenpo, The Great Perfection.
Questions regarding both aspects are welcomed.
