PREREQUISITE
The prerequisite is having received pointing out instructions from a qualified Vajrayana or Dzogchen master. If you are unsure you qualify for this retreat please contact the registrar. (registrar@pundarika.org)  If you have not been to an open retreat with Tsoknyi Rinpoche, you will be asked to watch an open retreat teaching online to familiarize yourself with his way of teaching and use of language. The Registrar will provide a link once you register.

This streamed retreat will not include pointing out instructions.

 

In this retreat Rinpoche will integrate teachings on becoming a healthy human being, recovering our essence love, and exploring the nature of mind through the profound Dzogchen teachings.

Recordings of this retreat will be available approximately 5 hours after each teaching session and will be available for 2 weeks after the retreat ends until May 13, 2024.
