How can I join?

At this link https://tsoknyirinpoche.org/membership/ choose the membership level you qualify for (Introductory, Intermediate, or Advanced) and select a monthly or annual subscription amount. You will be directed to a credit card payment form.

How is Pundarika membership different from the Student Mandala?

Pundarika Membership gives you these benefits:

  • Access to a large library of Tsoknyi Rinpoche’s teachings recorded at Pundarika U.S. retreats. The teachings are available in both audio and video format, and audio is available for download.
  • Discounts on in-person US retreats: https://tsoknyirinpoche.org/calendar/

The Student Mandala acknowledges your student/teacher relationship with Tsoknyi Rinpoche. Please view Student Mandala for more information about the Student Mandala.

How can I pay for membership?

We accept membership payments by credit card only at this time.

Your credit card will be charged automatically for the next payment cycle. If at any time you wish to change your membership level (upgrade, downgrade, or cancel), please e-mail membership@pundarika.org for assistance

Is my membership payment tax deductible?

Your membership payment is a fee for services rendered and is therefore not tax deductible.

How can I receive discounts in-person retreat registration?

Members receive a discount code which can be applied to store purchases and in-person retreat registrations. The discount code appears on the Account Dashboard.

What if I forget my membership code?

Your discount code appears on the Account Dashboard.

How can I update my credit card information?

Log in to your membership account with your username or your email address, and your password.

Click “Account Information” and then click “Subscriptions”.  In the last column of the box that appears, you will see the word “Updates”. Click, and you will be able to update your credit card.

How can I change my membership level?

Members can change to a different payment plan within their membership level on their account page (click the Subscription tab). For example, you can change from monthly to annual, or Contributing to Sustaining.

To change your membership level (e.g. from Introductory to Advanced), please contact the membership coordinator at membership@pundarika.org.

Examples of changes in membership level: If you receive pointing out instructions after joining at the Introductory or Intermediate levels of membership, you can upgrade your membership level to Advanced. If you have become an active student of a Vajrayana or Dzogchen Vajrayana master you can upgrade from the Introductory level to the Intermediate.

How can I cancel my membership?
In your Account Dashboard go to Account Information https://tsoknyirinpoche.org/account/.  Click on “Subscription”. Click on “Cancel” in the last column of the box that appears.
How do I reset my password?

When logging in, click the “Forgot Password” link at the bottom of the login page.

What are pointing out instructions?

Pointing out instructions are a direct transmission from a Dzogchen or Vajrayana master to a student bestowing the blessings of the lineage and an introduction to the nature of the mind. Tsoknyi Rinpoche only gives pointing out instructions at his in-person open retreats.

Can I receive pointing out instructions during an online retreat?

Pointing out instructions are only given during in-person retreats and are never recorded.

How do I access the recordings, videos and meditations in the Membership library?
