Discover What it is to Be More Fully Human

We are delighted to announce the launch of a newly revised and improved Fully Being course website. Fully Being is based on Tsoknyi Rinpoche’s more than twenty-five years of teaching meditation to people worldwide and infused with his understanding of the Western mind, humor, and depth of insight. If you have not had a chance to view the new course, take a look: https://fullybeing.org.

The new course consists of four self-paced online courses with content for both those new to this kind of meditation practice and advanced practitioners. The four different levels include a free Minicourse, Essentials, Immersion Level I, and Immersion Level II. With more precise and easy-to-use site navigation and new lesson tracking features, Fully Being provides guided meditations, downloadable audio and text, and content review designed to help you:

  • Find relaxation, stability, and courage in the midst of our speedy and often turbulent world through grounding awareness in the body;
  • Rediscover the spark of essence love that lives under our wounding and fears; and
  • Recognize your mind’s natural clarity, allowing insight and wisdom to arise.

The course helps us rediscover our innate groundedness, essence love, and natural clarity. Fully Being skillfully addresses the unique challenges of our speedy modern lifestyles. The course is based in Buddhist wisdom, but secular in nature.

We invite you to explore the site, try the free minicourse, and consider engaging more deeply with this valuable resource. Visit https://fullybeing.org to see more, or contact registrar@fullybeing.org, if you have questions.
